Refund policy
CHANGES, RETURNS, AND CLAIMS
As these are food products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been delivered.
Claims will only be accepted in the following cases:

Receiving a product different from the one ordered.

Receiving a product in poor condition.
Claims and exchanges must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Customers should notify us by sending photos of the product and packaging to our email mayameicacao@gmail.com or via WhatsApp +507 6592-7626.
If you receive a product different from what was ordered, it must be returned in the same condition as received, with packaging intact.
To request a change or return, you must present the purchase invoice.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Cash refunds are not accepted. Mayamei Cacao may either replace the product at no additional cost or issue store credit for a future purchase.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled up to 1 business day before shipment.
If the order has already been handed to the shipping carrier, cancellation will not be possible.
