Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

  • Purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays are processed the next business day to ensure product freshness.

  • Shipments are sent from Bocas del Toro via Uno Express, Changuinola Express, and Servientrega.

  • We ship throughout Panama, with delivery taking 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders shipped via Uno Express and Changuinola Express are for in-branch pickup. Orders shipped via Servientrega are delivered to your address.

  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. An adult must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. In buildings with a reception desk or doorman, the signature of the responsible staff member is valid.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICING

  • Prices are listed in US Dollars/Balboas (USD/B/.), the local currency of Panama.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Mayamei Cacao strives to ensure the availability of all published products and services.

  • In the event of unavailability, the customer will be notified by email, including an estimated delivery time.

  • Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice, depending on the assigned shipping company.

PRODUCT STORAGE

  • Our chocolates and cacao products are sensitive to temperature and humidity.

  • They should be stored in a cool, dry place, between 16–20 °C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

  • Once the order is delivered to the specified address, responsibility for proper storage rests with the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be canceled up to 1 business day before shipment.

  • If the order has already been handed to the shipping carrier, cancellation will not be possible.
