During our 3-hour tour, you’ll explore every step behind a chocolate bar:

  • How cacao is grown and transformed into a delicious chocolate bar.

  • The chemical and biological processes of fermentation and how cacao becomes chocolate.

  • The science of roasting, designed to enhance and elevate the aromas and flavors.

During the visit, you’ll taste cacao in its natural form and sample fresh cacao fruit.

You’ll also learn to craft artisanal chocolate bars and take home 2 personalized chocolate bars as a keepsake.

They should be stored in a cool, dry place, between 16 and 20 °C (61-68 °F), away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
